We hold the selected watch(es) for 2 days including today. For visits 3 or more days ahead, we cannot secure the watch, and it may be sold before your visit (we will let you know its availability beforehand). To secure the watch, you can place a hold with a deposit: 10% (up to 1 week), 50% (up to 1 month), full payment (over 1 month). Deposits are non-refundable, so please consider carefully. For holds, please contact us on WhatsApp.
We will check availability and confirm your visit when we reply. We will reply as soon as possible during business hours (12:00–19:00 JST, last entry 18:00).
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. Please contact us if you will be late.
