• We will check availability and confirm your visit when we reply. We will reply as soon as possible during business hours (12:00–19:00, last admission 18:00).
• Please visit and pay within 2 days including the order date (excluding closed days). Credit card, cash, or a combination of both is accepted.
• If you do not visit within this period, your order will be cancelled.
• If you are late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled. Please contact us if you will be late.
