There are traces of a strap being threaded through the watch, and very slight storage wear, but it is in like-new condition with almost no signs of use. This is Moritz Grossmann's first jumping calendar watch. The Cal:100.3 movement allows the date to be fast-forwarded in both directions at any time using the crown at the 10 o'clock position, something that is normally prohibited at night. Setting the time is also unique: first, pulling the crown stops the second hand, then returning it to its original position to set the time. Then, pressing the push button below the crown restarts the small seconds hand. This mechanism prevents the minute hand from moving when the crown is pushed back.
